Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the pickup time. We will refund your payment if you cancel within this time frame. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the pickup time, we may charge a cancellation fee. We may also charge a cancellation fee if you do not show up for your booking.
